• The objective of the on-line service Duo Valencia is to connect potential business individuals and companies and forward recommendations to buyers. Silex Atelier will also generate buyers’ leads in different regions and locales and will ensure validity, accuracy of buyer’s data and of the source.

• Surveys and assessments will enable us to identify target market. However, Silex Atelier is neither responsible nor will be responsible for the execution of sales.

•  It is advisable that deliverable items must meet the requirements specified by the purchasing entity and agreed upon by the source or trading entity.

• Product list has to be specific and must include FOB price; in order, to communicate to the third parties or entities involved in procurement.

• Silex Atelier will neither be responsible for delayed shipments, freight related issues, costing nor will give assurances of any kind, warranty and will not ascertain the quantity or quality of goods/products. However, based on feedback Silex Atelier will forward concerns to the related source or party.

• The registered member shall ensure that any information provided to Silex Atelier is correct, and further undertakes to ensure that Silex Atelier is promptly advised (within 14 days) of any changes to the information it holds.

• Should the Member change the method or address by which he/she is to be contacted, the Member agrees to advise Silex Atelier forthwith.

• All communication with respect to the ongoing assistance/facilitation shall be deemed to have been properly communicated to the Member if sent to the email address or physical address provided in the Application Form or such other address as notified in writing by the Member.  All such communications shall be deemed to have been properly received by the Member five (5) days after forwarding to the Member.

• Silex Atelier shall be entitled, at any time, to withdraw its Services and/or Annual Services without providing any reason to the Member.

• The Member shall at all times indemnify and keep indemnified Silex Atelier against all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, charges, expenses and consequences whatsoever, which may be taken, or instituted, against Silex Atelier by reason of or on account of Silex Atelier providing the services pursuant to this Agreement.

The following procedure will be followed at all times:

Silex Atelier shall respond to all correspondence within 72 hours, even if only to acknowledge, and will provide regular follow-up on outstanding issues.
